Frequently asked questions
Are my documents shared with anyone other than my accountant?
No. Your documents are only visible to the accountant you explicitly designate. No sharing with third parties, no advertising.
Does the application work without an Internet connection?
Yes. You can capture documents offline; they are queued and sent automatically as soon as the connection returns.
How do I change the recipient accountant?
From the “My accountant” screen in the application, you can remove the current accountant and designate a new one. Documents already sent remain with the previous accountant.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to contact@dipicorp.com from your account address with the subject “Account deletion”. Deletion is carried out within 30 days, in accordance with our privacy policy.
On which devices does Zenvia work?
The mobile application is available on iPhone (iOS 15 or newer) and Android (Android 8 or newer). The accountant portal is used from a recent browser on a computer.
Automatic reading made a mistake on a document, what should I do?
You can manually correct the fields (amount, date, supplier) before validating the document. The correction also helps us improve reading for the next ones.
