One address for the whole firm
Your clients send their documents to a single address, the firm's. Zenvia recognises the sender and files each document under the right client, with nobody sorting anything.
An unknown sender is not lost either: the document lands in the “To sort” bin. You assign it once, and Zenvia routes that sender's next documents on its own.

The document arrives already read
Supplier, date, amount, VAT, category: everything is extracted on arrival. You review, you do not type.
Look at the date: it carries the “Auto-read” badge. This is the part that matters most. On this creased invoice Zenvia read the date without enough confidence, so it says so instead of asserting it. When our analysis is unsure, it flags the field rather than inventing a value — which is the only reason you can trust the fields that carry no badge at all.

Validated in one click, and the counter drops
The document moves to “Validated” and joins the pile ready to go out. Nothing was re-keyed: the exported values are exactly the ones you just reviewed.
An unreadable document does not pollute that pile either. The “Unusable” button sets it aside and lets you ask the client for a better copy.

An export covers one client and one period, not the whole firm at once. You get the file for the case you are working on, in the format your software can read.
Exported documents become read-only and the export is logged. No more wondering, three weeks later, whether that client has already gone out.
Zenvia sits before your accounting software, never in its place.
What this page cannot show you
A scripted demonstration always succeeds, and that is exactly its limit. The question that actually matters is how Zenvia behaves on your documents: the creased ones, the ones photographed at an angle, the ones that arrive in French and English in the same email.
That takes a few minutes to check with your own account, or during a session where we process your documents in front of you. When a document is unreadable, Zenvia abstains and says so. That is worth seeing too before you decide.
