How do my clients send their documents?
Your firm gets a unique email address. Your clients forward their invoices and receipts there (as an attachment or a photo) — from any device, with nothing to install. You can also import documents yourself by drag-and-drop.
Do my clients need to create an account or pay?
No. Only you, the accountant, have a Zenvia account. Your clients simply send their documents by email, free of charge and with no app to install.
Does Zenvia replace the MRA or my role as an accountant?
No, and that is not our goal. Zenvia is a bridge that carries the right data between your clients, you, and the MRA obligations. You keep the tax value; your clients gain autonomy.
Which document formats are accepted?
PDF, JPG, PNG and HEIC. Emails with or without attachments are handled, multi-document PDFs are split automatically, and duplicates are detected before reading so the same document is never processed twice.
