Do my clients have to pay anything?
No. Only you, the accountant, have a Zenvia account. Your clients simply send their receipts by email, free of charge, with no app to install and no account to create.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
Automatic reading of new receipts stops until a plan is chosen. Documents already processed stay accessible, and you get all your data back in one click, as PDF, CSV and a ZIP archive. You pick a plan from the grid above, or you leave, losing nothing.
What happens if I exceed my document quota?
You add a credit pack, or you move up a plan. Nothing is deleted and no document is lost.
Can the prices change?
This grid is the one in force on 20 August 2026. Any change will be announced in advance to practices already registered.
